Real estate has been in Kent Arnold, Jr.’s blood since he was born and all he have ever known. As a young child he was taken to construction sites as his father was a builder/developer who built over 600 homes as he was growing up. Being on the job sites as a child has helped Kent tremendously in his career because he not only learned the value of hard work, but also how to treat everyone around him as an equal no matter their status. This was taught to Kent by both his mother and father, but actions always speak louder than words and he saw firsthand how his father treated everyone with the same respect from bank presidents to every contractor he hired.
From a transaction standpoint he has received the Diamond Salesman Award each of the last 4 years with over $7M in production each year since he moved back to my hometown in Arkansas. His specialty is not in one type of real estate, but making relationships with clients that go far beyond one transaction and spread the gamete from selling single family homes to multi million dollar investment properties. He has closed over 250 real estate transactions which include everything from a 104 room hotel to leasing over 500,000 sf of retail space.
In 2007, he was part of a team hired to consult on the formation of the 100,000 sqft retail portion for the Loreto Bay Project which is a $6 Billion, 6,000 acre 100% sustainable development in Baja Sur, Mexico.
Kent Arnold, Jr. is also the Founding President for SYP Dallas, the Society of Young Philanthropists Dallas, a 501 (c)3 non profit organization formed in the Fall of 2009.
